It has been an incredible process that Erica has led us through. Definitely was not an easy one to walk into with years of history to work through. She has not been afraid to open the tough conversations and created a safe environment for us all to share, learn, grow and rebuild our team culture in together. Erica was able to assist me in developing a strategic change approach with our customers to gain their commitment and alignment to a change that could have been significantly resisted by their employees if not introduced clearly with a proper value proposition to those being impacted by the change. Erica brings depth in understanding human behaviour, particularly around change resistance and used this to develop a proactive approach in positioning our customer solution. Through asking the right questions and listening carefully (in a short amount of time), she helped me to create a concise and practical approach that I am still using successfully. What other consultants take months (and reams of pages) to develop, Erica was able to assist in less than an hour and a final product of a succinct statement.

Erica is a surprising person to work with. Many team building consultants are good, they can use a system, check some boxes, and drag people through activities, that will help them and help their team perform better because the team doesn't actually need to be high performing, and their problems aren't actually that deep. Erica lives in the space of teams that MUST be high performing and have complex and demanding problems that need to be untangled to move forward. Erica is who you call not when you want things to get a little better, but when you NEED things to get TEN TIMES better. She digs deep, encourages vulnerability through her own, and really understands how to navigate the troubling complexities of getting strong personalities to work together. She is the "Big Game Hunter" of team building. I am still incorporating and revisiting methods and lessons from our sessions many months later, and I find them truly useful. She is direct, empathetic, driven, and honest, and she gets actual, durable results.
