ERICA GROSCHLER, PRESIDENT TPS CONSULTING

Erica Groschler, Principal of TPS, has over 30 years’ experience helping clients improve their workplace environment. She brings great depth in the areas of human performance, organizational culture, team dynamics, complex adaptive change, strategic visioning and leadership and team development.

Erica calls herself a pracademic, blending the world of experience with her strong academic background.

She holds an MA, Educational Technology, Concordia University Montreal and a BA, Industrial Relations, McGill University, Montreal.  She is certified in EQ 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) and 360 process, Leadership Circle 360, Myers Briggs, William Bridges Leading Transition in Change, HSD’s Complex Adaptive Change and Axelrod Group’s Conferencing Methodology for large scale-change.

Highly sought out, Erica brings out of the box combined with years of tried-and-tested approaches for each challenge.  As a natural leader, she builds strong trusted client relationships.

Erica is a Senior Associate with UBC Sauder’s Executive Education acting as both Program Director developing the program focus as well as teaching courses for UBC’s custom client engagements.

Erica has extensive experience working with diverse industries including high technology, property development, banking, metallurgy, engineering, healthcare, mining, construction, academia, sports, government, crown corporations and non-profits/not for profits. Over the years, Erica has run multiple businesses – most of those in consulting – and this entrepreneurial flare, combined with her knowledge and experience of complex change, brings a mix of empathy, radical candour and practical approaches to her recommended solutions.

Due to the pandemic, TPS Consulting made significant pivots to its service delivery in 2020-21. Not only did TPS thrive and generate a sizeable number of new clients, TPS surpassed its revenue goals and achieved results far greater than the previous five fiscal years. This truly reflects that TPS puts into practice what it offers to its clients: Strategic Leadership, Engagement, Alignment, Focus, Practical, Adaptive and Results-focused.

When Erica is not working, she spends her time outdoors as often as possible, whether boating around the southern gulf islands of BC, biking nearby trails and, is proudly raising two aware, independent young adults.
