Erica Groschler, Principal of TPS, has over 30 years’ experience helping clients improve their workplace environment. Her expertise focuses on organizational culture, team dynamics, strategic visioning, developing leaders, department/team start-up, engaging employees around change, and more.
Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University, Montreal and a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University, Montreal. She is certified in EQ 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) and 360 process, Leadership Circle 360, Myers Briggs, William Bridges Leading Transition in Change, HSD’s Complex Adaptive Change and Conferencing Methodology for large scale-change.
Erica has done a significant amount of personal and professional development in Process Work (conflict resolution, power dynamics) and is able to apply her experience and knowledge in this area in all settings in which she works.
Erica also teaches regularly with UBC Executive Education – both custom client engagements and the flagship Essential Management Skills Program that she and her colleague re-designed for online delivery. She is both Senior Associate and Academic Director for several UBC program offerings.
Erica has extensive experience working with diverse industries including high technology, property development, banking, metallurgy, engineering, healthcare, mining, construction, academia, sports, government, crown corporations and non-profits/not for profits.
